Daw Kyawt Kay Khaing @ Kay

Vice-Chairwoman & Financial Controller

Daw Kyawt Kay Khaing @ Kay helds several key positions in UAB Bank since inception of the Bank, namely Deputy Chief Operating Officer (COO) and subsequently its Chief Business Officer (CBO), before being appointed as the Deputy CEO in 2017. She is also currently the CEO of UAB Securities, a subsidiary of UAB Bank, focusing on the investment banking businesses. Kay is proficient both in English and Myanmar languages with strong ability to work through complex problems using excellent judgment and decision-making skills. Further, she is also highly proficient in negotiation skills, making it easy to conclude agreements and persuade various stakeholders.
Kay got the degrees of Business Administration (Finance) from University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom and Master in Banking and Finance from Yangon University, also a certified member of Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD) and completed Director Certification Program (DCP).

Kay is presently the Vice-Chairwoman & Financial Controller of Myanmar Credit Bureau (MMCB) and Co-Chair of the Myanmar Economic Forum.

Dr. Tun Thura Thet

Independent Director

Dr Tun Thura Thet is a member of Digital Economy Development Committee (DEDC), SME Development Working Committee, Research and Development e-Government Subcommittee of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Vice President of Myanmar Computer Federation (MCF), the federation of Computer Industry, Professionals and Enthusiasts associations. He is a visiting lecturer at Master of Business Administration (MBA, EMBA) programme and Master of Banking and Finance (MBF, EMBF) programme at the Yangon University of Economics (YUEco), Master of Computer Science (MCSc) programme at the University of Computer Studies, Yangon (UCSY). He is also the 2015 Convocation Speaker of Wee Kim Wee School of Information and Communications, the Nanyang Technology University, Singapore.

He is also the founder and CEO of Myanmar Information Technology Pte Ltd, the leading software development and System Integration Company in Myanmar. MIT was founded in 1997 and has been the market leader for ICT services in banking sector, retail sector, hospitality sector, healthcare sector and in digital innovation. MIT is the ASEAN Business Award winner for e-ASEAN sector in 2015 and ASOCIO 2018 Outstanding ICT Company Award. He is also a co-founder and director of Myanmar ICT Development Corporation, the MICT Park.

Dr Tun Thura Thet got BCom (Information Systems) from Curtin University of Technology of Australia in 1995, MBA from Yangon University of Economics in 2000, MSc (Information Studies) and PhD from Nayang Technological University of Singapore in 2006 and 2011, YPO President Program Executive Education from Harvard Business School (HBS) in 2018.

U Ko Ko Oo

Director

U Ko Ko Oo was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director of AYA Bank in 2014. Previously, he was a General Manager since the bank earned its banking license from the Central Bank of Myanmar in 2010. He has extensive working experience of strategic studies and International Relations. He has been working in General Management for over 15 years in various capacities and is currently leading the aggressive Branch Expansion Program of the Bank.

U Zaw Moe Aung

Director

U Zaw Moe Aung not only has over 12 years of experience in the banking industry but also almost 20 years of management experience in government services. He started his first banking career at Myanma Economic Bank. He moved to MAB in 2015 and currently leading Consumer Banking and Institutional Banking Business at MAB.

U Zaw Moe Aung received his master’s degree in 2013 with Master of Public Administration and also got diplomas in International Law and Business Law. While in MAB, he attended Myanmar Banker Leadership Program which was co-hosted by Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) and Myanmar Banks Association. Besides that, he has also attended the CLMVT Banker’s Leadership Program which was the collaboration between Bank of Thailand and Thai Bankers Association.

He is representing MAB as a member of board of directors at Myanmar Credit Bureau Limited and a member of executive committee at Myanmar Banks Association.

Daw Khin Mya Marlar Tun

Director

Daw Khin Mya Marlar Tun attained the B.Sc. (Mathematics) Dagon University Yangon, B.C.I.S (Hons.) London Guild Hall University UK, I.D.C.S (International Diploma in Computer Studies) and I.H.D.C.S (International Higher Diploma in Computer Studies) NCC UK. She was awarded Mr. Honda Scholarship and attended the IATSS Forum (Young Leadership Program) in Japan.

She started the job at Myawaddy Bank’s Computer Department in 2002 and is now having more than 18 years of experience in Bank Management. She involved in Bank’s Digital Transformation, Product Innovation and National Payment Switch implementation functions. Currently she is the Head, General Manager of IT Department and Card Department, and also the secretary of Risk Management Committee in Myawaddy Bank. She was promoted as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in October 2023.

She was a member of Technical Committee in Myanmar Credit Bureau (MMCB) since 2018 and now become a member of Board of Director.

Mr. Kevin Koo

Director

Mr. Kevin Koo is the founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of Credit Bureau Asia Pte Ltd (the parent company of NSP Asia). Since establishing the credit information business in Singapore in 1993, he has over 25 years of experience in the credit information industry and has been instrumental to the success and expansion of Credit Bureau Asia group over the past 27 years.

Prior to venturing into the credit and risk information industry, Mr. Koo graduated with a degree from the Robert Schumann University of Music Düsseldorf, Germany in 1986. He was also awarded the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst Scholarship by the Public Service Commission of Singapore in 1981.

Mr. William Lim

Director

Mr. William Lim is an Executive Director of Credit Bureau Asia Pte Ltd (the parent company of NSP Asia). Mr. Lim was appointed in 2001 as a managing director of Infocredit Holdings Pte Ltd, and appointed the executive director of Credit Bureau Singapore Pte Ltd since 2002. He has close to 20 years of experience in the credit information industry and is responsible for executing the strategic direction and expansion plans of Credit Bureau Asia, having been involved as a key driver for the successful expansion and establishment of business presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia and Myanmar to date. Mr. Lim was a partner in a Singapore law firm between 1994 and 1999. Prior to this, he served in the Singapore Legal Service Commission as a deputy registrar, magistrate, and district judge between 1989 and 1994.

Mr. Lim currently sits on the Board of Advisors for the Financial Planning Association of Singapore and is also a board member of the Business Information Industry Association. He is a Chartered Member of the Rotary of Suntec City. Mr. Lim graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) in 1989.

Mr. Yun Kok Siong

Mr. Yun Kok Siong is the Chief Corporate Officer of Credit Bureau Asia Pte Ltd, overseeing corporate affairs and the special projects. He joined Credit Bureau Asia group in 2006 and was the chief executive officer of Dun & Bradstreet Singapore from 2008 to 2012. He was also seconded as chief executive officer to Credit Bureau Malaysia from 2010 to 2011. Between 2012 and 2017, he spent five years as a general manager for Sino-Singapore Tianjin Ecocity Co Ltd before re-joining in 2017 as president of Dun & Bradstreet Singapore. Prior to 2006, he was employed in senior roles in the Singapore Economic Development Board Chicago Office from 1995 to 1999, Venture Corporation Limited from 2000 to 2003 and Beyonics Technology Limited from 2004 to 2005.

Mr. Yun graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) in 1993, and subsequently obtained a Master of Science in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) in 1994 from the same university. He is a recipient of the EDB-Glaxo Scholarship.

Ms. Audrey Chia

Ms. Audrey Chia is the Chief Operations Officer of Credit Bureau Asia Pte Ltd. She is responsible for the operations of Dun & Bradstreet Singapore and Dun & Bradstreet Malaysia. She joined Credit Bureau Asia group in 1996 and currently serves as the chief executive officer of Dun & Bradstreet Singapore as well as sits on the board of Credit Bureau Malaysia.

Ms. Chia graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania in 1996.
